Pete Bumgarner is the founder and President of Spirit Training Center, Inc. and STC Bible College. He also serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of both the ministry and the college. Pete is an ordained minister who entered the ministry after many years of secular work. He is a graduate of Guilford Technical Institute, Berean School of the Bible, and North Carolina College of Theology. He has a doctorate degree in Theology. Pete has pastored two churches and travels internationally, teaching in pastors' conferences, leadership seminars, local churches, and Bible schools. Currently, Pete has written seventy-five topical study guides, three teachers manuals that outline the entire Bible, a seven-subject study of Jesus, and one book, Church Government According To God's Standard. He has written other manuscripts that have not yet been published.

Jane Withers is the Director of STC Bible College. Jane received an Associate of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from North Carolina College of Theology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Guilford College, and a Master's degree in Educational Administration from Gardner-Webb University. She has been employed in the North Carolina public school system for more than twenty years, where she has served as a teacher, lead teacher, assistant principal, and principal. Jane has also been active in Christian education for many years as a teacher and seminar speaker.
